Refund policy

Coach Mike Entertainment products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, so each item is produced specifically for you. For this reason we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or for the wrong size being ordered — please review the size guide on each product page before purchasing.

 

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: If your order arrives flawed, we will make it right at no cost to you. Email justaskthedj@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or a refund.

 

Wrong or missing items: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 30 days and we will correct it.
